Basic Guided meditation will bring you through relaxation and make way for the stillness. This sets a space for you to explore yourself or simply learn how to better master your mind. If you need a more personalized mediation for daily use, a custom audio file can be created to support your needs.

I come into your home, clear any unwanted spirit energies from your space and set up a crystal grid to keep the space clear.
